ORGANIC STRUCTURE

Our governance and management model was structured in an articulated paradigm with control demands fitting our strategic vision. It is structured to potentiate flexibility, agility and scalability in our service provision and made-to-measure solution delivery to our clients, with risk control and management mechanisms in order to ensure the business’ sustainability and continuity.

Our model integrates the following functional levels:

Administration

As a limited liability company, SoftFinança has a Board of Directors in its organic structure, who is responsible for the strategy and the administrative & financial management, to ensure internal control and strategic vision. It coordinates the Strategic Committee, where all directors sit, as well as clients and partners invited to support our vision of incorporating the best practices, tendencies and real needs of the market we operate in.

Management

The General Manager is responsible for Marketing & Sales, as well as coordinating the areas of solution development, implementation and support.

Product Engineering

Where product directors are, grouped by product lines with teams dedicated to research & development, but also participating in solution implementation so as to ensure the solutions’ structured adaptation and to adequately understand the business needs and the effectiveness of the technologies underlying our solutions.

Consulting & Projects

Where our project managers and business consultants work, with specialization levels according to business areas linked to product lines, to ensure solution analysis, design and basic configuration in a language that balances a business and functional vision and a support frame provided by our solutions.

Customer Service

Where a team of specialized technicians work daily in monitoring, first level support and general follow-up of our solutions, and customer relationship regarding the management of our solutions by the customers. They are responsible for guaranteeing client support service levels.

Sales Team

The sales team, beside managing customer relationships, is also responsible for market and customer studies, anticipating needs trends and detecting opportunities. They also ensure follow-up, from preparing the business proposal and closing business, through development of the project and assuring the solutions’ quality, to managing customers’ satisfaction with the solutions in operation.

Design

SoftFinança’s design team is structured into four operational areas: Creativity, Digital, Studio and Content. This team’s main responsibilities are the creation and image design of the company’s product range, the design and development of communication pieces, both internal and for clients, as well as the design and usability of the products’ interfaces.

Marketing

The Marketing department is responsible for coordinating and implementing the company’s communication and marketing plan. It ensures planning and implementation of advertising and promotional programmes about the company’s offer range in business and web channels, as well as market studies and analyses, marketing strategies and sales force boosting activities. Additionally, it supports event planning and organization in the several geographies where the company operates.

Our range is structured into product lines, in a logic of application reference architecture for the client. We first approach the strategic, business, functional and organic trends of our market and, with this information, we design our offer according to this reference model.

How we implement our solutions:

Through knowledge of our market, whether in its business or its technological aspects, we adapt our solutions according to good configuration and development practices, specific for each client, based on the structure of our products. On the product level, we apply specific good configuration and development practices, oriented through a project management process compliant with the best international practices.
